Ah that explains it. i bought some karrimor shoes a couple of month ago and they were crap. i was surprised as their kit was always good in the past. ohwell. |

I hope the drop in quality hasn't spread to their rucksacks. I've bought them religiously for decades as their quality was second to none. |

fraid it has lev, i still have one from 10 years ago though, i think that's why they went out of business, they made them so well, their fans didn't have to buy another one... berghaus appear to make decent bags now though. |

it has  mother bought me one for new school term, its really flimsy. its only gotta last a year, but my brothers DC bag is so much better made

I still have a Vango rucksack that I bought in school to do the Duke Of Ed. awards with. It's lasted surprisingly well. Got it at cost from a friend of a friend who worked at the factory.

I got a smallish green Karrimor rucksack at the start of year 9. It was still going strong after carrying books etc on a daily basis at the end of my third year of uni. |

I got some Karrimor shoes on the basis that I thought they were good quality. They weren't.

I've got a karrimor day sack that I take snowboarding. I must have fallen on it hundreds of times and it looks brand new. Not even a bit of stitching has come undone. |
