In 10 minutes my parents are gonna take me to RCH Treliske for my follow up appointment. I'm hoping to have my cast removed after having a metal plate placed across my right ankle 6 weeks ago. I'm also hoping to have some physio and start the journey back to walking unaided, then swimming, running, driving and eventually ninjutsu again!

Please could anyone reading this send some positive vibes to Cornwall, so I can recover quickly? Thanks guys. I'll give you a sit rep whenever I get back today.

Have a great day everyone :)

I really need all my good vibes myself, but you're welcome to any spare ones I may end up with.

Thanks guys! :D

It obviously worked. My fracture is healing nicely, I don't need a new cast and I was in and out in under an hour! Got a physio appointment for Friday morning. I have already been able to stand on two feet! Walking's another matter, but I'll get there.

Thanks for your help. :)

Excellent news!

I can give Zippy back some of the spare vibes now. Thanks for the loan - they worked for me too!
