Hi, does anyone know if you still have to have Paypal to buy / sell on ebay or did they change it ?

Also what does it cost in fees to sell, for instance a £300 laptop these days ?

Computer items require Paypal.

You're looking at £30-£40 fees between the 2 for a £300 item (based on previous experience).

Don't forget we've got a for sale section on this board.

Thanks for the help. £30-£40 for a £300 laptop is ridiculous. I was wanting to use Ebay and auction it, as I don't know what its worth, the laptop in question has a quirk to do with charging (in Windows, seems to be fine in Linux), and I thus thought an auction was better. But I shall put it in the for sale, and see what happens then. Cheers.
