Just bought and cooked this for the first time tonight It's actually really nice. Especially with a sirloin steak Anyone else cooked it before? Any suggestions for doing it slightly differently? I stir fried it tonight.

Stir fry with a small amount of chopped bacon.

Cook the leaves (remove the stalk) in a bit of butter and garlic. Kale used to be unfashionable (if there is such a term for food) but came back recently.

That sounds very nice. So does the butter and garlic thing.

When we had an allotment in the 1970’s, my dad grew a lot of this. It went well with beef - it has a slightly metallic taste which goes well with that kind of meat. Enjoy.

My parents used to grow it in the garden, when I was younger.
