I have Skype, but my mic doesn't seem to be working  I just had to Skype myself because my credit was due to expire in 3 days. Yep that worked fine. Thanks for your help... now let's see what happens with the whole working from home thing... You could investigate vonnage ,a lot of my clients are using it here , no line rental fixed price per month .

I'll have a look at that as well. The thing I like about Skype is that it gives the end users a land line number they can call, (they can't install any software on their PCs) and it's cheap!
