As posted elsewhere, it occurs when you attempt to post extended characters. It happens if you copy and paste from a foreign language site, especially ones with squiggly writing.

This board does not like foreign things. Is it normal?

It must be foreign eccentric.

I was getting this error a little while back too, but IIRC I was definitely posting English!

Are you sure you didn't copy and paste from another site? It may have looked English, but it may have had mixed breeding.

It even happens copying from en Wiki or other English sites if they use extended characters for something, such as mathematics. Maths is not English.

My post was a quote from my YouTube comment so I presume they must have funny line break characters or something?

there's a funny character after the word "about" if you copy and paste it into notepad. That's the character that breaks it, and yes - I think it's a funny line-break.

Specifically it's 3F hex. I'd have to look it up.

I was pasting for a document. A .pdf IIRC.

I think you edited this JJ? Before it was something about you can't complain if your Teacher doesn't show you the exam questions? I didn't understand it!

And I don't understand the Taking an exam quote/reference either? :?

Repeatedly. I was tracking down the character from ojfoggin here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=So-OksvpsKM which broke the forum.

My post should now make more sense
