Card was cloned last week, taken all week to sort out and still haven't been given my PIN, so purchasing stuff is proving a bit difficult ATM. Clutch went on my new car when reversing into my parking space last night. Then opened my mail to find a Notice of Intended Prosecution in there.

Don't have a clue where they got me as I was only on the stretch of road for about half a mile and I can't work out where they were hidden, unless they can get you from the other side of a dual carriageway while they've pulled someone else over, which must have been it. Does anyone know if you can ask them to reveal the details of how and where you were caught?

You can ask them. If they fail to tell you you could argue in court that you were unable to prepare a defence.

Basically, it just gives the road and the time and says there's video and/or photographic evidence to back it up. I'm sure they're right, so I don't want to go to court to dispute it, I just want to know how they got me!

Demand the photographic evidence! That way you'll know if it's worth going to court.

There should be the speed on there as well.
If there's photographic evidence then it was a van or gatso.

Sounds like nobody knows then. I'll give 'em a ring and see what they say.

Ah, missed that one. Can you demand it then? As I say, I'll give them a call.

Cheers Mark.

It's more of a frustrating week really, nothing major's happened, but if you get enough of these gripes, I find your head does eventually feel like exploding.

Add a failed MOT, a bash on the head, £350 lifted from my account, 2 weeks without getting money refunded and a broken alternator and that about sums up my fortnight as well :?
I hope it gets better for you soon.
