*yawns*

I couldn't get to sleep until gone 4am this morning, my mind wouldn't empty...As a result I'm sleepy and my body aches in that kind of "I'm tired" way...
I've got a meeting in an hour (which will last about an hour and a half)...
Any suggestions on how can wake up? I'm drinking coffee atm, and red bull/relentless aren't options as I can't get to anything like that...

Ben

Personally I go for a run. Gets adrenaline pumping.

How about a power nap?

You'd need to set an alarm of some kind, otherwise you'll sleep through!

I find that a walk works just as well. The fresh air, but without the exertion of running.

Yes St James's park up to the Palace and back works wonders for me.

Go into the meeting sleepy, it's a challenge..... Trying to keep awake and make it look like your interested is great fun.

Plus you have the added bonus of not bothering to contributing anything constructive so you can’t get the blame for what ever goes wrong because it was never your idea.

Well, don't go too far, though if he walks from Newcastle to London and back again just to wake himself up, he'll probably be in Belgium by now. Or Brazil, depending on which way he set off...

 :P  :etc:

I know that you did that because you realised, albeit subliminally, that slap is an anagram of pals! ;) Awww

Someone suggested a walk as I posted the OP...
I went for a walk out the back through the woods, there a lake where the army float some boats and people can apply to do fishing there...I stood there for a bit and watched the ducks, then walked back. Feeling a bit better now.
As to not contributing anything...I've got to tell everyone what I've been working on this last week, and what I'm up to this week...Which should be interesting...

Cheers for the ideas, I'm sure they'll be useful at some stage in the future :D
