Frankly, looks a bit bobbins but here's the direct iTunes link. The 'full' Ass Creed 2 iPhone game here looks a bit better but isn't free.

Just ordered a 3g IPod touch (purely for games and as a toy to mess about with) so will have a look as I'm due to get it very soon

Only issue is downloading itunes onto my laptop

Why? If you have it installed on you desktop (as per other thread), download it onto the desktop, you can re-download it onto the laptop later. Anything you've already bought can be downloaded onto any other registered device - if you have 6 Touches/iPhones/iPads, you only need 1 copy of an app, you can sync it with all of them...
