DGteam make custom firmware for the Netgear DG834xx series routers, and I have just flashed the firmware to my old router. However, I have just found out that support information is in the forum, and you need a registration code to sign up. :x

So now I'm stuck with some firmware that I don't know how to configure because the userbase of three people won't let me in. :(

So is anyone a member, and would be willing to give me an invite code? Pretty please, with a cherry on the top :P

Thanks!

Out of curiosity why would you need custom firmware on your router?

I use DD-WRT mainly because it's rock solid.

It also adds features, which is nice, but the main selling point is that it doesn't go down randomly like a lot of firmwares.

Yeah Netgear are one of the worst.

Ironically, I'm using DD-WRT on a buffalo device. And although I've always found Buffalo firmware to be rock solid, it's pretty basic. DD-WRT is both stable and feature rich. Win.
