OK, for all the haters who don't know how to play nice you now have somewhere that you can say what you like.
Now keep it out of the actual discussions!

Sounds like throwing the dummy out to me. So what if people slag it off on other threads. Does it really bother you that much? Are you Steve Jobs? I dont care what people say I'm still going to get one. In fact I can identify its flaws and still want one. I'm not so sensitive I'm going to care if others bad mouth it on threads though.

This is just a netbook made by Apple. Who the hell wants a netbook?

It's not even a netbook. Steve Jobs doesn't like netbooks

…and how are you supposed to right click if it only has one button?

Use your left hand for left click and right hand for right click

Not really, XP is good for a netbook despite being an old OS it can run on the legacy hardware. I'd like to see more Android OS non-phone devices be released, the potential for distributed development across a netbook/notebook, smartphone and pda/tablet etc is quite an interesting one. Say having an eBook ready that syncs all 3 so you can continue where you left off reading previously on any of the 3 devices.

But I tell you not even XP ships on this crock of doodoo and if it did you still could not right click. I bet it does not even come with minesweeper.

Playing devils advocate for a moment, pointlessly slagging off *insert gadget of choice here* isn't conducive to a full and interesting conversation... why not have a little iHate playground? Did you see what I did there? I'm sure there will be an app for it

I fully agree 100% if it is pointless slagging off (u own mac, u are iDiot, etc). But it also seems to me that some Maccys dont like a bad word said about the new toy. I'm just saying I dont care either way. I'll buy it anyway if I like it and I welcome open discussion too. I too pointed out what I deemed to be its flaws on the threads but dont see that as slagging off. It seems a bit daft to have to create a whole other thread if you want/need/have to say anything negative about the device.

The thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t have an “up”. I mean, how the hell am I supposed to know which way up to hold it? I bet most of the time I get it wrong and have to turn it the right way round after switching it on.
