Can anyone confirm when this is?

Normally there's loads of ads on TV to remind ya but am on nightshifts so not watched TV.

Is it tomorrow?

The problem with it being Mothering Sunday is that you can't post stuff so it arrives on the day. It's either early or late.
Bit of a bummer if you're too far away to go and see your Mum in person.

A lot of mothers would rather have regular, uninterrupted phone calls throughout the year and consistent, thoughtful consideration.

Flowers aren't necessary.

Indeed.
Flowers aren't necessary but probably appreciated.

My mum gets regular phone calls. She also gets a card on Mother's day, and I'll be phoning her tomorrow to see if she received it on time. If she lived in the same country, I'd probably take her out to dinner.

Do people buy cards for their grannies and wives? I'm never sure about this, but generally I don't.

I thought the same thing. Then I started worrying that the greeting card/flower industry might not survive without out help

+1 for just phoning tomorrow, as regular.
