Especially loving the MOTU books. That Ripley figure is getting returned because the paint is laughable. That's the second to go back. I [LIFTED] hate being geek-addicted to some lines. Love the Robocops.

A Dinky USS Enterprise. This is the best way I can think to show it off:

Sadly, no photon torpedo disks to fire, but the shuttlecraft is in place. I may have to do a restoration job on this if I can find the stickers. The saucer section would need some retrobrite love. It’s a bit yellow.

Trio. That biscuit based chocolate bar made by McVitie's. I used to have this as an after dinner treat now and again when we were kids. Faded out of memory as we grew older. For some reason, SWMBO said the word "trio" in a manner similar to the advert. So I looked it up to find it was discontinued in 2003 and then brought back last year.

Comes in the same gold foil and red wrapper. The only thing missing is the puzzles/jokes that were printed inside.

Tastes the same.

This could quite easily be the best or the worst, or possibly even both...

Anet A8 3D printer.

A "special" cable from HK.
They not only sent the standard cable instead of the special one and are arguing about it, they also sent a 5.25in desktop fan that I suspect someone is looking for.

It arrived this afternoon - spent most of the remainder of the day building it. I'll calibrate and test it tomorrow.

8-)

Reminds me, I've got a heat gun and a laminator to test, and have done for weeks...

It's awesome, but an incredible life sink - I've spent eight hours today just designing and printing stuff.
