I'd like to see well mastered, definitive versions of the first couple of Terminators (I'll wait for the uber-special editions that come with the Linda Hamilton workout video
), the first two Aliens, Predator and Robocop. Disgracefully, nothing else is springing to mind at the moment 
Oh yes, and I'll wait until they're cheap since I'm not that impressed with BR
