Well my current pair are on the way out (literally falling apart)

So I'm looking at a pair for driving with (so polarised) and for general sport like cycling etc

I'd prefer grey lenses, don't like coloured lenses very much

Current pair I like are:

Or
http://www.sunglasses-shop.co.uk/uk-sun ... /11098.htm

Any other suggestions?
(Pref from that site as I have a £50 voucher for any pair from that site that I bought today)

I am looking at the Ray ban Aviator glasses, though the polarised are pricey even with £50 off.

would be my preference, but I'm a huge oakley fan.I 've had mine for years with gold iridium lenses and they are the best lenses i have ever had.
Greta for low ligh situations and fantastic for driving.

Under £100 ideally pre voucher, don't want to be spending huge amounts on them in case they get nicked, hence the entry level frames

I can't find any that I prefer to the ones you've already selected.

Me neither

Even my girlfriend likes the Oakleys  (said I should get them and treat myself for the end of uni.... I think it's a trap as I'm suit shopping tomorrow with her for my graduation/interviews)

Turns out from looking on the oakleys site it's not just a polarised lens, it's the iridium polarised lens so they look like they are great for driving, but only in strong light (which is when I would use them....)

I would stretch to the oakleys, the lenses are fantastic, all glare gone and colours are more vivid with them on.
You wont be disappointed.

I will plagiarise Ross Noble there, but
You're from Newcastle! You shouldn't even own sunglasses!

Call me a tight git but then I was in the departure lounge at Gatwick I though I'd buy a new pair, looked in sunglass shop etc but didn’t like what I was seeing and ending up buying a pair in the Next store for about £20. Had all the same UV protection etc etc…. just not the designer name I suppose….

I would agree with you but owning a pair of oakleys the lenses are in a different league.

there is a difference between UVA protection and light transmission etc. also polarisation and iridium coating make them much more capable than standard lenses.

True, I think the ones I brough also have a Hydrophilic finish... helpful for a typical British summers day :)

It's a shame that their glasses don't always look so good, but their lenses are so good, I won't buy anything other than Oakley, myself.
