Terms and Conditions

1. Offer begins at 00.01 BST on Monday 24th May and ends at 23:59 BST on Sunday 20th June 2010 ("Offer Period"). Offer subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn without notice by Amazon.co.uk. Offer has no cash alternative.

2. When you spend £10 or more in a single purchase order on an item/items purchased from Amazon.co.uk (“Qualifying Item(s)”) during the Offer Period, you will receive a promotional code which entitles you to spend £2 on MP3 downloads at Amazon MP3. Within 3 working days of the Qualifying Item(s) shipping, we will automatically redeem your promotional code to your Amazon.co.uk account. When you next log in, you will have a £2 credit towards purchases at Amazon MP3. You do not have to use the £2 credit in just one purchase transaction but the total £2 credit must be redeemed before 23:59 BST on Sunday 18th July 2010 ("Redemption Date").

3. Offer only applies if the same delivery speed is selected for all Qualifying Items. Please check the “Delivery Details” section during checkout to confirm that all Qualifying Items have the same delivery speed.

4. Offer only applies to Qualifying Items purchased from and dispatched by Amazon.co.uk and Amazon's Preferred Merchant, Indigostarfish.com at the website www.amazon.co.uk and MP3 downloads from Amazon.co.uk. It does not apply to purchases made or MP3 downloads from third-party sellers at Amazon.co.uk Marketplace or at any of Amazon.co.uk's Trusted Partner sites, or from Amazon.com, Amazon.de, Amazon.fr, Amazon.co.jp, Amazon.cn or Amazon.ca.

5. If you cancel your order for a Qualifying Item such that your total spend on Qualifying Items falls below £10, the Offer will cease to apply. Equally, if you return a Qualifying Item such that your total spend on Qualifying Items you retain falls below £10, Amazon.co.uk reserves the right to charge you (using the payment method you used for the original order) for the £2 credit or part thereof you redeemed before the Redemption Date.

6. This Offer is limited to one per customer.

7. MP3 downloads are only available to users in the UK. Any site user attempting to purchase MP3 downloads from outside the UK will receive an error message. Please note site users located in the UK but attempting to purchase MP3 downloads from a computer with a non-UK IP address will not be able to make the purchase.
