I know that a lot of people love o2's broadband service - and I love the service they give me on my phone.

But their website absolutely SUCKKS!

Well, they just paid what must have been a LOT of money to advertise their broadband in the half time break of the England game. The web address on the advert was http://www.o2.co.uk/niggles

The advert was all about how on other providers things were often slow, unreliable, and just don't work. And how customer support is often cryptic and unhelpful. Well, the address they gave doesn't load!

Why oh why can't they just sort out their website?

::EDIT::

Okay - their ENTIRE website is down! :lol:

Yep, I saw the advert, went to the address and got "down for mainenance"! O2 fail, definitely not going with them now.

As a customer, I would definitely recommend them.

But their website is awful - hard to find what you want, hard to order what you want, and sometimes doesn't even load as we've seen.

I have never had any problems with O2. Never need to use their website. Probably a good thing.
