Just found a nice little program mentioned on the Wired website...

It tracks your mouse and creates an image based on what happens.

My past 1 hour's work.

Just using Illustrator which explains the vertical concentration lower right as I zip up and down the Layers palette. Big dot was when I went to get a packet of crisps.
