Post TOMMY WESTPHALL'S MIND
Tommy Westphall was the autistic kid who dreamt the TV series St Elsewhere. That show has been referenced by others, and those have also been referenced, which kind of infers that a LOT of TV shows are part of Tommy’s autistic mind. It appears that Homicide: Life On The Streets has referenced St Elsewhere heavily.
