I was carded going into a club for the first time when I was 38.

It rather peeved me, because they said it was "not that we think you're under-age; we just need ID in case you break the law. You look like a thug"...

When Nic was 23 she was still being asked for ID for cigs and got on a couple of buses child fare

My wife got denied buying spraypaint when she was 28 or 29.
She also still gets ID'd at 30 for booze

I was IDd well in to my 30s. When my Mum was in her 30s she went to buy a washing machine and the sales man asked her whether her Mum would be joining her to choose one :lol:
