Ye looks like my college highrachy but that goes more like this: salford city college principle: Eccles Head of centre:about 100 pointless managing deputies staff that are just there to serve the colleges needs under the guise of "your needs": heads of department: teaching staff: students. See with our extra layers and greater number of managing staff being a student means you can barely breath for [LIFTED]. |

yup, that looks so so familiar. Remember in the real world in any hierarchical structure and bureaucratic system, the knowledge, ability and understanding of how to do your job is totally secondary to how other people percieve you to be doing that job. |

I think the main problem with capitalism is that its possiblity of being equitable diminishes with people's lack of logic ie what was said previously " how well you do your job is secondery to the perception of how well you're doing your job" Plus people don't treat people equally someone will help out a friend or family member without the greatest skills for a job above an interveiwee tha they've never seen before. Plus inheritence. It creates a perpetually rich/middle/ poor society. |

Yes but that can be solved by death taxes and taxes in general. One thing about Gordon his taxes and benefits were redistributive though only for those with children. That looks like being undone by the coalition. Of the alternatives capitalism has the fewest flaws of all the economic systems out there as long as it is regulated well. |
