My sister is getting an iPhone 4 but wants the white one. Although she likes the black one she wants to look at both before she buys but if she can look at a White one she'll know to wait.

My question, does the apple store have both colours on show? Even if you can't order the White?

Kingston only had black demo units when I went there at the weekend.

Haven't seen any white version at all. Anywhere.

White versions won't be available until August or September according to the last report I heard... So, if they aren't manufacturing them, yet, it is unlikely they will have display models either.

Arse, AFAIK it's mid July for the White one according to the news page on apple's site.

I was hoping they'd at least have one she could look at, I'm sure she'd pick the black but she wants to make sure.

I have seen pictures of the white one with a black one for comparison but nothing elsewhere. I also think that mid July is the scheduled date for their appearance. Then allow a short delay for actually delivery.
