I did have to laugh this morning when I heard about it on the news. That couple lived their entire married life in the tabloids and trashy magazines, I know this because for a while there it was all my sister could talk about and she lives a c-lebrity lifestyle vicariously through other people

The statement they released this morning said "they have requested privacy" WTF!?!?!? They haven't had or wanted privacy for any of the rest of their marriage, why now?

True to form, Jordan released another statement saying that she's devastated and doesn't want to lose Peter 'cos he's her life, then another one saying that he's not even a real star, she's the real celebrity and he's nothing without her....

I'm frankly staggered it's such an important story it's in all the headlines. I have no interest in them or their lives. I have to stick my fingers in my ears and go "la-la-la-la-laaaa" until it passes.

I mean, who in the world could give a flying frack who they are or what they do with their sorry little lives. I wish they'd disappear back to the hole they crawled from.

I do have to laugh at some of the frankly idiot contradictions and the general obsession with the lives of the 'celebrity'. I manage to avoid most of it apart from the Radio 2 news but many people I know are totally addicted which makes me wonder why they don't bother just having a life of their own.

It's like Billy Connolly said: "I can't be f**ked with all that Big Brother nonsense, it's a load of people sitting in a house, watching people sitting in a house!!" (in a Scottish accent)

My sister met them at an airport. She said Peter Andre is a genuinely nice guy and was happy to talk to people who came up to him. She was less complimentary about Jordan.
