Not so much a song that made me cry, but a song I've cried to: Coldplay - Amsterdam When I feel sad I always want to listen to it. It got a lot of plays when I broke up with my girlfriend! I've never really been much of a believer in music changing emotions. I think people listen to songs that are reflecting how they already feel, if you know what I mean? |

That's shockingly good. I've never really been a fan, but I've never doubted her talent. Annoyingly, the only song that makes me cry which I can now remember is Nine Inch Nail's "Hurt" - as performed by Johnny Cash. For anyone who's been on Mars the last 8 years: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SmVAWKfJ4Go 29 Million views... |

A couple of Cat Stevens songs I have about fathers not being there, hit me a fair amount just after Christmas what with Faye's Dad and the accident. Had it bean songs you get depressed and drunk to, I would have answered a large amount of the Ella Fitzgerald I have and some Beach Boy songs. |

The beauty of just about anything by John Mayer hits me every time. But there are some interesting suggestions there. |

Endless Love by Diana Ross and Lionel Ritchie. Takes me back to the film which was a moving story when I was a teenager. Also My Man by Barbra Streisand which she sings at the end of Funny Lady when she realises the love of her life Omar Sharif is a total tw*t! |

Leaving on a Jetplane always used to make me cry, but doesn't anymore. Otherwise there aren't any songs that make me cry. |
