Hi,
I have a strange problem with Sky's website. When I try to logon from home and go into remote record or the tv listing the pages won't load and i end up with a blank screen. If i try to do the same at work it works fine... I am running Kaspersky IS 2010 at home but can't find anywhere where there is a setting that I can change.

can anyone help please?

cheers
Rich

There were problems with Kaspersky in this regard IIRC, was it Linux_User who mentioned it before? :?

Could you disable Kaspersky just for the purpose of testing the Sky site to see if that's what's causing the problem?

Worth checking, one update isn't optional IIRC, the other brings you up to 3.6 (something?)...

It might be both if Kaspersky uses a plugin for FF...
