I'm trying to upload a website on behalf of a client, they've given me their username and password, but the site just will not accept it. I think I've had this problem before with them. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Hmm, must have the username and password wrong. I'll get them to forward me the sign up email!

Well, I checked with her and double-checked and the password was absolutely right. Had it reset anyway and was able to login fine. Must have been an incorrect password, but I checked it about a million times.
