This is a Walkthrough for adding Extra repositories to a stock openSUSE 11.3

Caveat Emptor: If you bork your computer whilst following this, it's not my fault.

The Repos I would recommend as a minimum are:

openSUSE BuildService - Mozilla
openSUSE BuildService - OpenOffice.org
Packman
VideoLAN

===============================================

Start System >> YaST - You will need to enter the root password

Click on Software Repositories


After some loading screens you should see the following:


Click on Add

You should then see:


Click on Community Repositories >> Next

You should then see a list of Repos. Tick the ones you want. Click OK


If/When you see dialogue boxes as follows, just click Yes, Import or OK


Eventually you should get an adding feedback:


Once this has wound through it all, you should be passed back to the now expanded Loaded Repository List:


Click OK and you're done.
