Well £69.99 I thought was good.

And this morning I wake up to find an email from Ebuyer saying that it's been reduced to £59.99!

Naturally I have cancelled the order and re-bought it >.<

Thereby saving £10; the extra day delivery I can live with.

What a bargain, I just bought one too. :)

I was all set to buy one, made sure to select Free Delivery... and it still costs an extra £12.99 to send to NI.

Yeah, [LIFTED] watch me

In the bit-tech review they were making it out to be £10 more expensive.

Now with the price change it's more like £25, not taking into account delivery.

=)

Well the new Hard Drive has taken me up to a health 5.9 on the Vista Performance Index thing (Up from a rather shoddy 5.4 on my seagate HDD) so i'm happy.

Now what's holding me back is RAM.

Apparantely i'm only on a 5.6 with my 4GB PC6400 OCZ stuff.

Any recommendations? Don't want to fork out a fortune, but i'm slightly interested in the whole 8GB issue.

Are you that bothered about an extra 0.3 on Vista's rating system? What are you going to do when hardware can finally be rated above 5.9?

Save your money for an i7 upgrade with 6gb.

Or don't.

8gb had no effect on the RAM score for me - I only get 5.3 - probably down to latency - my old DDR 3200's at 1T used to get 5.9 and I only had 2gb of that.
