iPhoto still imports duplicates

Hi

Does anyone else get the issue in iPhoto where, even though you check the 'Do not import duplicates', it does anyway?

Or is it just as it's taking the photos from my iPhone?

I'm not losing them... it's importing duplicates even though I ask it not to...

I think it's part of iLife 08, whichever version that is.
