This is true however since using a Mac at home I rarely ever use my work PC in Full screen.
I have my windows cascaded just overlapping so I can switch easily between them.
Me too, most fo the time. Large spreadsheets, project plans or presentations get full screen, unless I am using a reference document to create the document.

The only thing that I use in full screen are games and video. Other than that I have windows only as large as necessary.
I usually have video running in a small window in the corner of the screen, while I'm working at home.
