We have a small office space in London we rent. Basically it has 4 desks so sales guys can pop-in off the street, do some work etc and then go out again.
They are all using laptops and so we got them a blue-tooth printer so they can all share it. There is no network set-up.
Now that all works fine however if they then connect in to head office using Citrix, that does not see their blue-tooth printer and so they cannot print to it.
My thoughts were getting a 5-port gigabit switch - something like this
http://www.dabs.com/products/netgear-gs ... -2X1X.html plugging the printer in 1 port and then running normal cat-5 cable from the 4 desks into the other spare slots on the switch.
Would that work?
