They all have a similarity to the iPhone. Full touchscreens with icons for apps. Though how are the OSes?

By the time I own one, if ever, they'll be about £30 in Argos, so...

I love that my HTC offers 7 homescreens that can hold full widgets. I would say 80% of the use of my phone doesnt rely on launching apps from shortcuts, they're open and ready on the homescreens. That was one of the big deciding factors for me choosing the HTC over an iPhone tbh.

I am not that fussed where the app is as long as it all works. If you write apps and want a more open system then that is a much better reason for deciding on such a phone. For the majority of people as long as they can do what they want or find an app that does then no problem where apps are kept.
