I want a dual tuner card for the PC. It must work with Media Centre, and ideally also appear on the Myth TV compatibility list.

I seem to live in an area where some Freeview boxes will pick up on all channels but others miss out things like E4+1, Dave etc.

So can anyone recommend a nice, sensitive card (maybe with a built-in signal booster )that will detect all channels?

I have been using the hauppauge dual digital card for years, no real problem. The quality of the ariel and the cable leading down seem more important. I live right on the edge of a transmitter area, can't wait for the switchover.

The blackgold seem well thought of too. At present I am waiting for a range of new cards which handle HD to appear. So only buy now if you really need too.

A couple of digital tvs I have don't pick up all the channels on the old rooftop arial I have, but work fine on a new one fitted for £50 by the on-digital guy years ago.
