If I have an extra edress associated with my .Mac account and I then change my .Mac password, will the associated account stop working until it gets the new password or will my password no impact the use of the associated account?
Convoluted, I know.

The important question is if the extra alias actually tie to a separate account or not. If it did, in all likelihood it won't have changed.

Simple question to suggest the answer - can you get to the other email through a path that doesn't include .Mac? If you can, then in all likelihood the password won't have changed.

It seems that using webmail is fine but there's problems when using Mail.app.

Can you describe the problems in a bit more detail?
