Hi peebles
Am looking at this mobo for my next build http://www.scan.co.uk/products/asus-max ... -micro-atx

Just want to know which would be the best memory to get for it as all this latency stuff does my head in :(
It's going to be primarily a gaming rig so only need around 8GB of RAM for it.Don't do much else with my PC so no need to go mad on memory.
I just would like some good reliable fast RAM.

Thx in advance :D

Pps I can't do clickies either as am king n0000b

This http://www.scan.co.uk/products/29-4inte ... cache-34x-

As of yet i haven't decided on a graphics card, but i may be heading down the Radeon road, simply because of issues with Nvidia on some of the games i play.

THE i5 stock memory is DDR3 PC3 12800 (1600)

I always use Crucial as it's Guaranteed-compatible and free P&P so doesnt effect your postage payout if buying all other components from Scan etc

Click here for a list of memory for your board

I'd go for the personally - 8GB Kit (4GBx2), Ballistix 240-pin DIMM, DDR3 PC3-12800 memory module@£52.79

How much you want to spend on GPU and what size is your monitor?

Sry for taking so long to get back, busy weekend.Thx for the imput :D

Thinking of around the £150 - £200 mark, looking at the Radeon HD 7870 series of cards.
At the moment am using 19 inch widescreen but will end up using a 32 inch tv.
My PC is in the kitchen/diner so will take advantage of the tv :D
