Anyone here use OneNote?

I've fallen for it lately - and have been using it to decanter my brain before I leave work at the end of the week for somewhere new... So far I've been creating all the Notebooks locally, in the same folder, but before tomorrow I need to decide where best to put them on the office network.

On the one hand I'd like the Notebooks, that are topic/discipline specific, to go into their respective programs' area on the server, but that''ll split them all over the place - so I was thinking maybe putting them in a single location, which itself raises issues if there's a want to bag up "all things together" later on.

Editing permissions wise, there's argument having them separated will make read/write, read-only deny/allow easier (as their respective areas are already controlled that way and the permissions would be inherited - so I'm thinking that best, but thought I'd throw a query out here anyway.

I'd go for a central OneNote for general topics, with project specific ones in project folders.

If you generate a OneNote on the network, it will offer to send an email link to others who can share it- useful for project specific ones.
