I've got a (fully legal) copy of Windows Server 2003 SBS that I want to install on my main PC, but I only have the .iso files and was wondering if there is any way of installing it, (maybe from an external USB HDD) without having to burn the images to CDs.

Any ideas? Anyone?

Thanks,

John.

Sorry mate, you'll need to use imgburn to make disks.
Blade servers support iso's but most others don't.

Yeah, I figured as much, but thought it might be worth asking. I'll have a look at what iso burning software I've got when I get home, (the PC is currently running Fedora 11 Linux)

Thanks.

K3b or Brasero will do the job, both will burn .iso files as bootable discs.

Cheers mate. I didn't bother turning on the main PC last night, as I was busy backing up data from my laptop, which is still running the Windows 7 Beta, which expires today, (or tomorrow)
