Win 10 Mobile Anniversary Update

My phone (Lumia 950 XL) updated tot he anniversary update for Windows 10 yesterday.
Now I seem to be having issues with e-mail syncing - the inbox seems to sync alright but none of the other folders do.
I realise that there aren't many Win mobile users on here but anyone else updated and had problems?

I've got one here so I can at least check. What's the exact OS version and what sort of email syncing are you doing?
