Anyone else had any problems with the built in VNC server?

I've just spent a little while trying to get VNC to work, and both viewers I tried on my Windows PC gave me the same error. After using a different server, all is well. It's annoying though.

I'm going to go and see if I can find if there are any hidden settings for it somewhere.
