How much power?

I'm about to set up a machine as a router and it will probably have the following attached...

AMD Athlon XP CPU
SD card (no HDD)
2GB RAM
2 NICs

No graphics card, no sound card, no keyboard, mouse or monitor.

One fan on the CPU (I think it's got a Zalman flower thingy, lol) and that's it really.

How much power will that need for it to be left on to run non-stop.

I know it's not a lot but what would you think?
