So...

We've got a user who has a bit of a strange problem with Outlook 2007.

When she clicks on a link in Outlook it opens up two versions of Internet Explorer.

I think she's connected to an Exchange 2007 server and nobody else is having this problem.

The only other version numbers are: Windows XP SP3 and Internet Explorer 6

Before anyone asks, no she cannot upgrade or install an alternative browser, due to company rules, and she is going to try logging onto another PC in the morning to establish whether this is down to her local profile being screwy.

In the meantime... any ideas?

Thanks

:)

Is this happening with links in all HTML emails, or just specific ones? Reason I ask, is I'm wondering if the links are defined to open up a blank (new) window or just defined as a bog-standard link (which lets the email software decide what happens). I'm only guessing, but my thinking is if it's set to open as "_blank" that might be why it opens two Internet Explorer windows?

I think that even though the email format is set to html they are just standard links, ie.
