Hi all,

Basically the acrylic tower on one of my built PC's has now died (the screwholders fell apart - literally) and so I now need a new case.

Size: Fairly roomy although not a monsteroid (it has to sit on a desk without like taking it over kind of thing)
Fans: It needs to be aired, obviously, though it isnt a next level setup or anything so doesnt need overcooling.
Noise: Preferably less.
Style: Window preferable, lights preferable, lights switch even more so :P
Budget: £60-80

Just wondering if any cases would spring to mind for this. PC specs are below, also I have a Antec 900 for my PC which is nice, although not neat - and kind of loud however I set the fans up (only using 3 12cm and the big boy now).

So yeah, open to ideas. One which did catch my eye was the CM Storm Scout.

Thanks :D

(spec: 3.0GHz C2D, 9600GT, ATX Board, 1X HDD, 1X 5.25", HEAVY PSU (lol it is Very heavy!))
(would like it to have room to upgrade, so would like room for larger GPU in future + more Drives and cooling capacities for iwhatver :))

Storm Scout is a good option. I like the look of it.

This one has a reinforced chassis for that heavy PSU of yours as well as window, lights, etc and is in the budget you suggested

This one doesnt have a window but features silent fans and padding if you'd prefer the option of a quiet case

Stupidly, does the Antec 300 not do all this for less money?

Sometimes you can get the HAF922 on offer for £80, I think I got mine for that from Aria. Previously had a P182 which has about as much cooling as a fridge with the door left open in the Sahara. The HAF is pretty impressive both for its cooling and its great build, the metal they use is good, first thing that you notice when you open it up.

Well, decided yes, witing till the old case actually starts to fall apart, also yes.
Will get a storm scout me thinks. Though it may wait until the other case crashes and burns, along with the PC :)

Im sure it will work out. Though I did manage to order a new HDD for my current PC (proud :) )

Wow... mine's pretty damned cool. Changed all the fans though, and installed the mid fan. You sure you had it set up correctly? >.<

Coolermaster Elite series has always impressed me - i've made a computer that you can only hear the HDD!

That one's got a window in it. Not got any experience of it personally, but if it lives up to the good build quality of the 330 then it's a winner.
