Anyway I thought I would mention Kodak for my printer

Bought an ESP7 last year (Actually wanted the Cannon MP620 at the time but couldn’t get it to work with my WiFi setup so had to send it back).

Anyway the other day was having issues with the quality of the printing – had a look on line and saw that there were some issues with the print head. So took it out and gave it a good clean but to no avail

Dug out my receipt only to find I had got it in Jan 2009 – so just out of warranty.

Rang Kodak and mentioned that I had done the printer cleaning cycles and even manually cleaned it. They apologised and sent me a new print head in the post 3 days later free of charge. Installed it last night and all working AOK now

So all in all a very positive customer experience
