So, who's been using it then?

I'm really liking it and it's become my browser of choice. Safari has been relegated from the Dock, and Chrome now takes pride of place.

The only problems I've had with this beta have been in uploading files. On one occasion it would freeze and munch throw the whole CPU every time I tried to upload a CV to M&S.

Other than that it's been excellent.
:)

Yep, Chrome is now my default browser across all 3 OSes.

Still using that antiquated G4 here...

So, can anyone tell me, are Google still doing the whole data mining thing with Chrome or are they behaving themselves?

I dunno. There are terms & conditions to agree to before you use it. So my guess is “if they don’t do it now, it’s not ruled out in the future”.

Boo, I love it on the PC and was hoping to use it on my Mac. They're gonna force me into upgrading one of these days, bloody Apple.

It's now my browser of choice also.

I would use it at work but it doesn't work with the Helpdesk software that we use :(

I wish I could import my settings and data from Camino, or at least bookmarks from a file...

Could you export them to FireFox then import them to Chrome from Fireox?

Ah yes, probably...But to be honest, why the hell should I have to? It's not like Firefox and Camino are a million miles apart, their directory structures are similar, I think the files might be called the same thing...And what's wrong with adding a function to grab bookmarks etc from a file!?

Sorry, I'm being a miserable barsteward, grrrrrr...
