Telecoms software doesn't work on macs. You generally need a serial port or IE for most of it (depending on the system involved)


We're not that technical Simon. We have a whole department that do infrastructure and telecoms. Our man does meetings support and hands out crackberries so he really doesn't have much need for his mac (I wish). We all have mac and pc anyway.
