Or possibly shorted out, which would explain the buzzing sound of overloaded coils. Double check every cable is correct and not chafed on the casing. Something simple like plugging in the case LEDs incorrectly can short out the power.

Try booting with everything disconnected except the graphics, memory, power switch and processor to see if you can get into the bios.
