Mine showed up about 4PM after UPS bloke convinced himself my street didn't exist and I had to talk him down like in a 1970's airplane disaster movie. Cue 'I picked a bad day to give up....' lines.
Its very very nice. The screen is... soft.. ever so slightly. Not like a resistive touchscreen but also not like glass. I had problems first syncing it (because it decided to sync everything) and now the sync seems to take rather longer than it should but that's not really an issue. More playing to do before a verdict is arrived at.

UPS had a problem with my address as well. Luckily they rang to tell ask where I lived.

Yeah, same here. Their drivers may be a bit dopey but their customer service seems pretty good.

Well maybe they do not provide them with up to date map or sat nav? As you say the customer service is pretty good.

Well it's always a learning curve with new keyboard interfaces, I'm used to the iPhones keyboard with closer keys, well virtual keys.
