Acer revo? They have ION which can handle the playback, will be selling my ion mini itx board if you wanted to have a go at a solution yourself, could stick xbmc on it or something

I have the Revo and it's excellent as a media player sending smooth 1080p and digital sound over the HDMI - when the software has hardware acceleration support. That means it works great for 1080p in Youtube and MPC, but not iPlayer. It really bugs me - they keep fixing and breaking iPlayer, with the BBC blaming Adobe and vice versa...

HiFi, if you've not gone and ordered that PC, I've just found (for the first time) http://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/results/ and just punched in pretty much the same spec. I'm using as a cost-barometer, and found them to come out pretty competively priced...

JJ/Fin - I've looked at Revo's, AC Ryans and such - and if I go that route (which I guess isn't much different to the Foxconn barebones) I'd probably prefer to build my own. But I'm done looking at computer specs. for the day. Going to get something to eat.

Going to be selling an asus AT3N7A-I if you are interested, beefed up my htpc (more tuners) so got it sat in the box, could stick a big quiet fan over the cpu and unplug the tiny fan for a nice quiet solution :)
