Mac Pro - out December, very expensive. Circa $3K (£1800) UPDATE : That was before duty and VAT. Apparently actual UK price is from (I repeat, from) £2499.
I mean, it's pure tech porn, but christ almighty.

Mavericks isn't in the app store yet . New iWork with online collaborative editing actually looks rather cool.

Mavericks is up in the app store, but it's an update not a new app. Go to the update tab and you shoudl see it.

As are the Mac OS ones. iWork apps are 14 quid a pop but they do look lovely. Haven't had a chance to look at the iLIfe apps yet. All require 10.9.

Still want one. Though I would also have to budget in screens on top.

If I got one, I would use my 27" iMac as the screen. I know you can pipe another display onto it via Thunderbolt. I wonder if the iMac itself continues running while you do. I could have the iMac as a file/media server in the background while the screen was being used by the Mac Pro. ... ... Right, I need a pair of scissors and my credit card, before it's too late.
