Mac Pro - out December, very expensive. Circa $3K (£1800)
UPDATE : That was before duty and VAT. Apparently actual UK price is from (I repeat, from) £2499.

I mean, it's pure tech porn, but christ almighty.

All the computers used on the Mac Pro production line are iMacs :D.

New iWork with online collaborative editing actually looks rather cool.

Mavericks is up in the app store, but it's an update not a new app. Go to the update tab and you shoudl see it.

The iOS7 versions of iLife and iWork are out. Numbers is 223Mb, Pages is 253.4Mb, Keynote is 441.6Mb, iMovie 605.5Mb, iPhoto is 274Mb, and Garageband is 582.2Mb,

As are the Mac OS ones. iWork apps are 14 quid a pop but they do look lovely. Haven't had a chance to look at the iLIfe apps yet. All require 10.9.

If I got one, I would use my 27" iMac as the screen. I know you can pipe another display onto it via Thunderbolt. I wonder if the iMac itself continues running while you do. I could have the iMac as a file/media server in the background while the screen was being used by the Mac Pro.
