From the screen, I'd go with the 15", the 1280x800 of the 13" is just too small for me (in resolution, not physical dimensions). I'd be looking at either 15", for portability, or 17" for usability... Looking at MobileMe at the moment, possibly a 3GS (it finally ticks nearly all the boxes that were missing from my requirements, when the 3G was released. Thinking seriously about a 17" MBP.
